As an Agile Coach, your challenge is to guide the Organisation, Teams and People in embedding Agile practices in their day to day job. As there is no 'one site fits all', defining 'how we do Agile' successfully is the major challenge for the Team and myself as a Coach.

A variety of models, ways of working and methods can be used to tailor Agile to the organisation : Scrum, Agile, Less, Kanban and many other frameworks that can bring inspiration. In the end, what works in the Organisation and the Team is the most important thing. Trying out and experimenting is important to see what works and what not. Constantly inspecting and adapting helps to create the right product or service for the Business.

​Apart from the Agile point of view, integration with existing governance or Project Management frameworks is also important. Extensive experience in Prince2, Prince2Agile, ITIL and others helps me to integrate different frameworks.
